7/6/07 -- Palmerston North, New Zealand - Prostitution law reform has seen more Palmerston North working girls - some underage - setting up shop at home or in motels, according to one of the city's leading brothels.
However, the Prostitutes' Collective says the work environment is much improved and advertising by solo prostitutes is down.
Four years after prostitution was decriminalised, Candy's Gentlemen's Club co-owner Janelle Grice has labelled the law reform a failure.
