7/21/07 -- Fairview, TN - Fairview police are investigating whether a trucker suspected in a string of homicides in four states also killed a woman last year by crushing her with the tires of his 18-wheeler at a Williamson County truck stop.
Illinois-based truck driver Bruce D. Mendenhall, 56, has been jailed in Nashville since last week, when Metro police said he told them that he killed six women in four states, including two at Midstate truck stops.
