LA Murder Suspect Arrested, Released, and Arrested Again in OKC

7/21/07 -- OKC, OK - A man arrested on a prostitution and firearm complaint in Oklahoma City is released after giving a false name and posting bond. Hours later, police realize the man's true identity and that he is one of LA's most-wanted gangsters and possible murderer.

According to police and published articles, a man who identified himself as Marco Lee was arrested Monday (7/16/07) during a prostitution sting. The man was booked into jail for aiding prostitution and illegally carrying a weapon.

The man reportedly posted a $500 bond and walked out of the Oklahoma County jail.

It wasn't until hours later that his fingerprints revealed his true identity.

The man was identified as Jonathan Christopher "K-Swiss" Blackwell, a 27-year-old member of the By Yourself Hustlers gang in LA.

More distrubing than his gang affiliation was the fact that Blackwell is a suspect in a New Year's Eve home invasion turned double homicide, according to the LAPD.

Blackwell's alleged victims were Jessica Sirano, 17, and her stepfather, Raul Cruz, 31.

Blackwell was re-arrested without incident about 11 a.m. Wednesday in northwest Oklahoma City after police received an anonymous tip.

Blackwell, is now being held without bail and is expected to be extradited to California.
